Both
teams played their hearts out. Neither team was able to pull away from
the other. Matter of fact, the score was tied at 8 after three innings.
In the fourth, the REDS bats came alive to put 5 runs on the board including
Bobby Schmidt and Garrett Bradley both hitting inside the park home runs
to the right field fence. Philip Haigh struggled at times pitching but
picked up the win with John York coming in and slmming the door shut with
the bases loaded in the bottom of the fourth.
Both
teams are improving with every game played. Good luck the rest of the season
to both teams!
