The Mets Zach Foy & Yankees Austin, Alex & Brandon locked up in a pitchers duel for 6 innings with the Yankees coming out on top in the last inning 5-2.   Alex Bates got the Yankees started in the 1st with a double to left and was brought in by a single from Ammiel Ocampo.  In the Mets half of the 1st they answered when Brandon Peterson walked stole 2nd base, went to 3rd on Zach Foy's single and then stole home.

The score stayed tied until the bottom of the 4th when the Mets scored a run when a ball hit by Joel Dodenhoff got by the Yankee shortstop and Christian DeStafano came in to score. 

In the Yankees top of the 6th, James Jarrett singled to start the inning followed by a walk to Alex Bates. Brandon Oswald followed with a bunt single to load the bases. After Ammiel Ocampo struck out, Austin Rogers hit a single up the 3rd base line to score James & Kamron Fragoso followed with a single to right field to score Alex & Brandon. Kamron and Austin did a double steal to score Austin to complete the scoring.

Standing O to Zach Foy of the Mets for his pitching performance striking out 7 Yankees batters & only giving up 1 walk.  For the Yankees Austin, Alex & Brandon pitched a combined 6 innings giving up 3 hits, 4 walks & striking out 5 Mets batters.
