The A's jump out early on the Yankees in the top of the 1st with 3 runs on a single by Luis, a walk to James & 3 Yankee errors.  The Yankees broke through with 2 runs in the bottom of the 2nd on a double by Ammiel, a walk to Austin and consecutive singles by Sophia & River. Martin had a Sac-fly in the inning also.

In the bottom of the 3rd Brandon started the Inning off with a solid single and tried to score on Ammiel's second double but was thrown out on a beautiful defensive play by the A's who threw the ball from the outfield to the shortstop who turned and threw a perfect ball to Nic Bobb at the plate who then tagged Brandon out. Ammiel scored on the next batter when Austin grounded out to the pitcher.

In the bottom of the 5th James lead off the inning for the Yankees with a walk and went to second on a wild pitch and scored on Brandon's single to give the Yankees a 4-3 victory.
James Brekle & Nic Bobb pitched for the A's and combined to give up 6 hits while striking out 5 Yankee batters.

For the Yankees Austin Rogers pitched 4 2/3 innings giving up 2 hits while striking out 8 batters. James Jarrett came in and pitched the final 1 1/3 innings for the win.
