This second match up between the A's and Rangers turn out
to be a great game by both teams. The Rangers started out with two runs in the
top of the first, with a single by Brandon Kearney and doubles by Jose Maravillo
and Logan Bangert. The A's answered back in the bottom of the first with four
runs, with a single by James Brekle, doubles by Nic Bob, and Quincy Conn and a
triple by Payden Dickerson.
The Bottom of the second the A's scored three more runs, with a single by
Douglas Cherry, Jimmy Pittman walked, Nic Bob singled and Quincy Conn hitting
his second double of the game.
The Rangers scored one in the third and two in the fourth with singles by
Brandon Kearney, Nick Arnold, Jose Maravillo and Logan Bangert. The A's scored
one more in the fourth with nic Bob getting his third hit of the game.
In the top of the sixth inning, the A's leading eight to five, the Rangers
scored three runs to tie the game with singles by Sean Goodrich, Brandon
Kearney, Jose Maravillo, Logan Bangert and James Gonsalves. In the bottom of the
sixth Douglas Cherry walked and went to second on a pass ball, James Brekle hit
a fielders choice moving Douglas to third. with two outs Kenny Cuneo hit a
single up the middle to win the game.
