The Yankees were led in hitting by Ammiel Ocampo who went 4 for 4 with 3 singles & a double, James Jarrett who had 2 singles & a double and Brandon Oswald who had a double & single. Kamron Fragoso, Ryan Best, Mathew Isreal, River Grace & Alex Bates all had singles. Alex also pitched for the Yankees throwing 5 shutout innings allowing only 2 hits while striking out 7 batters. James Jarrett pitched the 6th inning striking out 3 of the 4 batters he faced.

For the Mets Joel Dodenhoff had a smashing triple and Brandon Peterson had a single.
