We are looking forward to seeing all of you at the fields.  Kids, dress in your uniform (no balls or bats please) and be at the fields to meet up with your team by 8:00am

Our snack shack will be open with breakfast sandwiches, pastries and hot coffee.

SEE YOU AT THE FIELDS!

HELP FUND OPENING DAY

Sponsors need to help pay for the cost of our events – $150 OPENING DAY Sponsorship
will provide you advertisement in roster book, signage for sponsoring specific Opening Day event, & special mention in our newsletter

Can you help?

Two snack bars run full service during all games.  Each snack bar requires a supervisor to help volunteers that show up to work.   A supervisor needs to help volunteers with the snack shack and instruct them on how everything works.  Be present onsite in case of problems or questions.

Full training is available.  Supervise 1 night a week, 1 shift on Saturday or more if you choose.  Grab a friend and alternate weeks.

This is a huge need right now.  Without supervisors, snack shacks will be closed.

Call Kathy at 458-2313 or email bearsmom7@aol.com to sign up.

A very special Thank You goes to Dannette Rueger, Chris Oswald, Paul Oswald, Nancy Morgan for all their hard work in cleaning up the snack shack at Olivera and all the volunteers that showed up Saturday at the Olivera fields to weed, cut, clean, paint, and more! The turn out was great and you are appreciated very much!
~ Thank You ~

It is time to work on our fields.

We need volunteers to help with mowing, weeding, planting,
painting and general cleanup.  If you can give any time to help with this, please contact Chris Oswald at 689-7852 or pwrwsh1@astound.net
